Website Redesign
Most small business sites lose visitors in the first few seconds: slow pages, an unclear offer and no obvious next step. I rebuild the site around what your customers are trying to do, make it fast on a phone, and set up tracking so you can see which pages bring in calls, bookings and inquiries.
In practice
In practice: a service business whose site looks dated, loads slowly or gets visitors who never get in touch. A clinic, law firm, contractor, restaurant or online shop that wants its website to carry its weight.
What it gets used for
- Redesign an outdated business site
- Replace a template site that does not convert
- Move to a faster platform that is easy to edit
- Add booking, quote and WhatsApp inquiry paths
- Fix a site that loses customers on mobile
Stack
What we can scope together
- A page structure built around the services you want more of
- A fast, mobile-first build with a clear call to action on every page
- Analytics and conversion tracking so you can see what brings in inquiries
Final deliverables depend on the agreed scope.
What the project needs from you
Bring the current site, your main services, who you want more of, and any examples of sites you like. Photos, logos and customer reviews help, and I can advise on what to gather.
Keep people in control
You approve the structure and the copy before the build, and see a working version early. After launch you can edit content yourself or ask me to.
How long does a redesign take?
It depends on the number of pages and how much content needs writing. A focused small-business site is usually a matter of weeks, and we agree the scope and dates in writing before work starts.
Define, build, evaluate, hand over.
We first agree on the workflow and acceptance criteria, implement a bounded version against representative inputs, review errors and edge cases, then decide what is ready for release. Deployment, documentation, ownership, and ongoing support are agreed explicitly.
